1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from Referral Network Limited (Company No. 16933085), registered at Office 16298, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.

We serve a range of clients including individuals, freelancers, consultants, professionals, and businesses. This policy applies to all client types. Where you are an individual consumer (not purchasing as a business), additional statutory rights may apply as described in Section 8 below.

All payments are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £).

2. Our Commitment

We are committed to delivering high-quality, professional services. If something isn't right, we want to know and will work in good faith to resolve it fairly. Please contact us at info@referralnetwork.agency before raising any formal dispute.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any work has commenced — typically within 24 hours of payment and before any kickoff call, onboarding session, or resource has been allocated — you are entitled to a full refund.

To cancel, email info@referralnetwork.agency with your name and order reference.

4. Monthly Retainer Plans (Personal Branding, Advertising, Sales Marketing, Combo, Advanced Growth)

  • The current billing period is non-refundable once work for that period has begun (e.g. posts published, ads launched, campaigns active)
  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to avoid the next billing cycle
  • If we have not yet commenced work in the current period, a pro-rata refund may be considered upon request
  • Partial months are not refunded upon mid-cycle cancellation unless exceptional circumstances apply

5. One-Time Services (Website Starter, Ad Setup, Landing Pages)

  • A refund of 50% of the fee is available if you cancel after work has begun but before delivery of the first draft
  • No refund is available once a first draft has been delivered to you for review
  • If the final delivery materially differs from what was agreed in writing, we will revise or partially refund at our discretion

6. Consultancy Sessions

  • Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice: full refund or reschedule
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice: 50% refund or reschedule at our discretion
  • Sessions that have taken place are non-refundable

7. Service Quality Issues

If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed or described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@referralnetwork.agency. We will review your concern and may offer one or more of the following:

  • Revision or re-delivery of the service at no charge
  • A partial refund proportional to the shortfall
  • A credit toward a future service

Refunds are not provided on the basis of dissatisfaction with marketing outcomes (e.g. ad performance, follower growth) where services have been delivered as agreed, as results are subject to external market and platform factors.

8. Consumer Rights (Individual Clients)

If you are purchasing as an individual consumer (not as a business), you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for digital services not yet commenced. You may cancel and receive a full refund within this period without giving a reason
  • If you request that we begin work within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your right to a full refund will be reduced proportionally based on the work completed at the point of cancellation
  • These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, our standard refund terms above

9. International Clients (US, Canada & Other Countries)

All refunds are processed in GBP (£). We are not responsible for any currency conversion costs, exchange rate differences, or bank charges incurred by you when receiving a refund in your local currency. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used.

10. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@referralnetwork.agency with subject line: "Refund Request"
  2. Include: your full name, company/business name (if applicable), order reference or invoice number, the service in question, and reason for the request
  3. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds via Shopify Payments or Mollie are subject to those platforms' processing timelines, which are outside our control.

12. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to a formal written complaint. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in accordance with applicable UK and international consumer and business law.
