Getting Started

You can get started in two ways:

  • Talk to us first — use our contact form or email us at info@referralnetwork.agency. Our support team will schedule a meeting with the relevant specialist (Marketing Manager or Development Lead) to understand your goals and recommend the right plan.
  • Place an order directly — browse our services page, choose a plan, and click Get Started to go straight to checkout. Our support team will reach out on the same day to confirm your order and schedule your onboarding meeting.

Once your order is placed, here's exactly what happens:

  • Same-day confirmation — you'll receive an order confirmation by email and text message on the same day.
  • Support team call — if your order is placed before 4pm UK time, our support team will call you the same day to introduce themselves and schedule your onboarding meeting. If your order is placed after 4pm, we'll call you the next business day.
  • Onboarding meeting — your meeting is scheduled with the relevant specialist based on your plan. We'll discuss your goals, understand what you're looking for, and finalise the plan details before any work begins.

No work begins until we've spoken with you and confirmed everything is aligned with your goals.

Yes. While we are a UK-registered company, we serve clients across the UK, United States, Canada, and internationally. All services are delivered digitally, so location is not a barrier. Payments are accepted in GBP (£) and all major credit and debit cards are accepted globally.

No. The price shown for each plan is the price you pay — no setup fees, no hidden costs. For monthly plans, you are billed the same amount each month. The only exception is ad spend for advertising plans, which is a separate budget you control directly through Meta or Google — this is not included in our management fee and is paid directly to the ad platform by you.

Ad spend is the budget you allocate directly to platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google to show your ads to audiences. It is not included in our plan fees — our fee covers the management, strategy, creative, and reporting. You pay ad spend directly to the platform and control your own budget. We will advise you on the appropriate budget for your goals during your onboarding meeting.

Results vary depending on your industry, audience, and plan. As a general guide:

  • Personal Branding — profile improvements and consistent posting typically show engagement growth within 4–8 weeks
  • Digital Media / Ads — initial data and early results usually appear within the first 2–4 weeks as campaigns optimise
  • Sales Marketing — lead flow typically stabilises after the first 4–6 weeks once tracking and targeting are refined

Marketing is a long-term investment. We set realistic expectations during onboarding and report transparently on progress every month.

Payments & Billing

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Bank transfers are also accepted. All payments are processed securely via our payment provider. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £).

Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We do not store your card details on our systems. Our website uses SSL encryption and all transactions are handled by a licensed payment service provider.

Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Your first payment is taken at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments are taken on the same date each month. You will receive an email confirmation for each payment.

Referral Network Limited is not currently VAT registered. The prices shown are the prices you pay — no VAT is added at checkout. If our VAT registration status changes, we will update our pricing and notify existing clients in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds

No. All monthly plans are rolling with no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time by giving 30 days' written notice to info@referralnetwork.agency. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period and will not renew after that.

If you cancel before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. Once work has begun for the current billing period, that period is non-refundable. If you are an individual consumer, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase under UK consumer law.

To cancel, simply email us at info@referralnetwork.agency with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include your name and the plan you wish to cancel. We'll confirm your cancellation within 2 business days and your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Depending on your plan, your account will be handled by one of our specialists — either our Marketing Manager or Development Lead. During your onboarding meeting, you'll be introduced to the team member responsible for your account. For the Advanced Growth Plan, you'll have priority support with a dedicated point of contact.
